By downloading, installing, or using the OwnVector mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
OwnVector is a mobile application that performs SEO (Search Engine Optimization) audits on websites. The App analyzes publicly accessible web pages and provides reports including scores, identified issues, and suggested fixes. Features include AI-powered explanations, AI Readiness scoring for AI search engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini), GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) analysis, E-E-A-T signal checks, Core Web Vitals measurement, site crawling, competitor analysis, and SEO monitoring.
The App is a diagnostic tool — we do not guarantee specific search engine ranking improvements or AI search visibility.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.
The App does not require account creation. Access to paid features is managed through your Apple ID or Google account via in-app purchases and subscriptions. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and app store account.
Certain features of the App use artificial intelligence (AI) to generate explanations, recommendations, and analysis. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and may not always be accurate or complete. You should verify AI-generated suggestions before implementing them. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for any particular purpose.

The App, including its design, code, features, and content, is owned by OwnVector and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal or internal business purposes.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OwnVector and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your use of the App; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any changes you make to your website based on the App's recommendations.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OWNVECTOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
Our total liability for any claims related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.
The App may interact with third-party services (Apple App Store, Google Play, RevenueCat, Sentry, OpenAI). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, it shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, conducted in the State of Delaware, United States.
You agree that any arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action or class arbitration. You may opt out of this arbitration provision by sending written notice to legal@ownvector.com within 30 days of first using the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or on this page.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and OwnVector regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications.
