How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your device's app store. On iPhone/iPad, go to Settings > your name > Subscriptions > OwnVector > Cancel. On Android, open Google Play > Menu > Subscriptions > OwnVector > Cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you'll keep access until then.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google, not directly by OwnVector. On iPhone/iPad, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and select OwnVector. On Android, open Google Play > Account > Order history and request a refund for the OwnVector charge. Refund policies are determined by the respective platform.

What does scanning a website actually do?

OwnVector fetches the publicly accessible content of the URL you enter and analyzes it for over 100 SEO factors including meta tags, headings, performance, mobile-friendliness, Core Web Vitals, AI readiness, and more. The scan does not modify your website in any way.

Is my data private?

Yes. OwnVector does not require an account or collect personal information. Scan history is stored locally on your device. Paid features that require server processing use encrypted connections and data is deleted within 90 days. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.
